Are your sunbeds safe?

Yes. Every sunbed is fully 0.3 compliant (the UK-regulated UV standard), we're registered members of The Sunbed Association, and our trained staff tailor session times to your skin type. A strict 18+ policy applies.

What is the pelvic chair?

It's the Ultra Tesla Seat — an electromagnetic (HI-EMT) chair that strengthens the pelvic floor while you sit, fully clothed, for around 30 minutes. According to the manufacturer, one session triggers roughly 11,000 pelvic floor contractions. Most people have a course of six sessions, and we always start with a consultation to check it's right for you.

Is the pelvic chair right for me?

Many people choose it to strengthen their pelvic floor after childbirth, with age, or for better core strength and confidence. It isn't suitable for everyone — for example during pregnancy or if you have a pacemaker or metal implants — so we begin with a consultation. If you have a medical condition, please speak to your GP first.

What's the difference between the laydown and stand-up sunbeds?

Our Luxura Hybrid laydown gives a relaxed, even tan with collagen red-light facials; the Opal Fitness stand-up is a fast, hygienic tan with a built-in Vibroplate to tan and tone in one.
